Can the customer sign on the spot?
Yes. Hand them the iPad and they sign there, or email it from the app and it's sitting in their inbox ready to sign on their phone. No account and nothing to download. Both of you get the signed PDF.
Can I send photos to the adjuster?
Yes. Export marked-up photos as full-resolution PNG or JPEG, one at a time or as a ZIP, or send them through the share sheet. The markup is drawn into the photo, so it stays sharp at any zoom.
Can I use my own price list?
Yes. Load it from a spreadsheet, a PDF or a photo of the sheet, check every row, and walkthrough lines are priced from it.
Does it work with no signal?
