1. What TradeReel is

TradeReel is a subscription service for documenting job sites: photos, markup, video, conversations, spoken walkthroughs turned into written briefs, and proposals. It is provided by TradeReel ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account and your company

The person who creates a company account is its owner. The owner invites everyone else, controls billing, and can remove members. Every person needs their own login; sharing one login between people is not allowed. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.

3. Price, trial and billing

The price is $20 per seat per month, billed monthly. A seat is one person with a login, the owner included.
New companies get a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start it. Nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Seats can be added or removed at any time from inside the app. Changes take effect on the next bill.
You can cancel at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We don't refund partial months.
If a payment fails we will let you know and keep the account open for a reasonable grace period while you fix it.
Prices may change. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects you.

4. AI features and their allowance

Each seat includes 30 AI walkthroughs a month, pooled across the company and reset monthly. Transcripts and written briefs are generated automatically from what your crew records. They are a starting point, not a warranty: check them before you send them to a customer or rely on them for pricing.

5. Your content

Photos, video, audio, markup, messages and documents you put into TradeReel are yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them so the service can work, including sending audio to a transcription provider and text to a language model to produce your briefs. We do not sell your content or use it to advertise to anyone. You are responsible for having the right to photograph and record what you upload, and for telling people on site when they are being recorded where the law requires it.

6. Deleting things

Deleting a photo, video, walkthrough or job in the app retires it rather than destroying it. The company owner can restore it for 90 days. After that it is scheduled for permanent removal. Closing your company account starts the same 90-day clock for everything in it.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use TradeReel to break the law, to harass anyone, to upload material you don't have rights to, or to probe or overload the service. Don't try to reach another company's data. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, and the app keeps working on your device when the network doesn't. We don't promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in the app where practical.

9. Your proposals, contracts and signatures

TradeReel gives you tools to write proposals and change orders, attach your own terms and conditions, and collect your customers' signatures, in person or from a link. Those documents are agreements between your company and your customer. TradeReel is not a party to them and does not give legal advice.

You are responsible for what your proposals, change orders and terms say, and for following the laws that apply where you work. That includes any state or local requirements for home-improvement or construction contracts, cancellation rights and the notices that go with them, licensing details, and consumer-protection rules. We make no promise that a document or signature made with TradeReel is enforceable in your state or meets any particular legal requirement. If you're unsure, have your own attorney review your terms and the way you use the service.

10. Liability

TradeReel is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses arising from decisions made on the basis of AI-generated briefs or proposals. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes and contact
